If a batter was on top of his game and was able to beat out a throw to first when a third strike was dropped by the catcher, I understand this accrues as an at-bat and a strike-out. However, I thought it would also factor into the on-base percentage. I noticed the program gives no credit to the batter's OBP and wanted to check this assumption. Thanks.

OBP does not include dropped 3rd strike. When a player reaches on a dropped 3rd strike it is usually because of a wild pitch, pass ball or error. Sometimes it is because of a fielder's choice. The traditional definition of OBP does give credit for on-base from dropped 3rd strike.
