Often I only want a particular page, but have to print them all.

File | Print...
then in the 'print' dialog there should be an option 'Page Range' that is defaulted to All. You can select 'Pages' and enter something like '1-2' to print only the main scoresheets.

Sounds easy enough. I could swear I had tried that awhile ago and not working, I had decided to just print them all. Just tried it and it does work (i.e., print page 2 for home stats); maybe pilot error?;-)
As a suggestion, I'd add menu options under the View menu so that it's clear what pages you see. So, ALT-1 would display page 1, etc., and the user would see the association and see what page should print. Also, to add NEXT/PREV buttons on the display along with a 'Page #' display I think would help make the association quite clear.
