I had the same problem occur this weekend. I wonder if it is the same situation as what happened to me.
Other team roster batted (all players bat). I don't track opposing teams defensive changes except for pitcher and catcher (I just find that is too difficult to track since I can't see numbers from the bleachers). Pitcher 1 pitched for 6 batters and then pitcher 2 was brought in and finished the game. The Substitution Details were correct. At the end of the game, pitcher 1 was credited with all the pitches and stats. Pitcher 2 showed up in the listing, but with all zeros for stats. I tried several things, but the only thing that fixed it was to add a defensive position in the lineup for pitcher 2 BEFORE he started pitching. In other words, I added pitcher 2's original position (3B) into the lineup on the first line and then I subbed him into the P position on the 2nd line (while adding the appropriate Substitution Details).
I did all of this while the Finalize Game settings were 'In Progress'. Then I refinalized the game and the stats were correct.
Is this what happened with you?

Make sure each player has a unique jersey number. Validate the game to see if that points to a possible problem.
One thing to note, K-ForCE builds a game sequence from the scoring at bat information. If K-ForCE reaches an error or empty at bat, it will stop putting the game sequence together. The validation should catch this; but it may require defensive positions to perform this level of validation.
One thing to look at to help identify this kind of problem is the defensive stats. If you've scored a complete 9 inning game, and the fielders are credited with only 6.2 inning, chances are, there is an issue in the 7th inning.
You can send your game to Support@Rakonza.com and we can review it. This is helpful to us, because we can see how people are scoring games. We might be able to put in extra validation to help identify the problem.
Thanks, and sorry for the delay in responding. -Stephen
