K-ForCE does not currently have a solution for this scenario. Here is a 'reasonable' work around:
If the player does not reach base safely later in the atbat, you can score the batter as having reached base on error. Then you can score the out as it occurred. Be careful not to allow the runners to be auto advanced, however.
If the player DOES reach base later in the atbat, you can score the batter as having reached on error.
This is just a work around and isn't the real solution. It does not address the scenario where mutiple foul balls were dropped.

K-ForCE v3.0 allows users to score an error on a dropped foul ball. From the AtBat window, select (2nd page of menues) More | Dropped Foul | E7. An 'E7' will appear in the strike box (for strike one or two). If a dropped foul occurs after strike 2, the error is reported next to the '+'. There is only room enough to display the first 3 dropped 2-strike foul balls. The rest are, however, scored and will be reported in the team's fielding stats.
