We have seen a consistent problem in the software, where parts of innings disappear. Sometimes they disappear when you print and just don't show up at all. Other times it is all there until you finalize the game, and then parts or whole innings disappear.
I would love to use this on the field as a live collection, but can't trust it yet. We have to transcribe the paper because of this, and it wastes incredible time having to re-enter.
Any clues about this?
Thanks, Steve

Thanks for the report. We have never seen this issue in the 100s of games we've scored. Email me directly with the details: which version, what operating system, repro steps if possible.
Has anyone else run into this?

Stephen, I don't have your direct e-mail, so here is what I have for you.
It has occurred on several machines, all running Windows XP SP2. I have it running native on Dell Laptops, Desktops, and also inside of a Parallels instance on a Macintosh. I obviously have been trying ANYTHING.
I am running Version 2.0, Build 60404 of Rakonza for PC.
The only pattern I see to this is when I have edited an inning. There are some scenarios with FC's where the runner is not automatically advanced, and I have to go back to advance them. That editing process sometimes throws off the registration of the inning.
The bummer is that I have to be overly meticulous with each inning now, checking the print preview after each inning to ensure that it is not corrupted before moving on to the next inning.
Am I missing something with the editing of innings? Shouldn't I be able to go back into an inning without having to clear the whole set of batters and re-entering them?
Thanks for your help.
Steve
